This is Staffordshire: Help in the hunt for two female ghosts GHOST hunters can take part in a paranormal investigation at a 17th Century house. The event at Ford Green Hall will take place between 9pm on Saturday, February 18 to 2am the next day. The timber framed farmhouse in Smallthorne was built in 1624 and was the home of the Ford family for more than 200 years. The building is reportedly haunted by two female ghosts and previous investigations have reported unexplained noises and strange lights. Participants are being urged to bring their own ghost hunting equipment, cameras, video recorders and torches. The night will consist of vigils of between 45 minutes to one hour. During the event, ghost hunters will be guided by investigators and shown how to use specialist scientific equipment to assist their search.
