Halloween in Greenville, TX: Care to join a Hunt County ghost tour?

From KETR.org:  Care to join a Hunt County ghost tour?

GREENVILLE - Reservations are filling up for the Halloween weekend ghost tour and séance in Greenville when Texans visit the site of the city’s biggest conspiracy.
Only 55 people will be allowed to attend October 27 event, which revolves around the 1897 drowning of Greenville's first millionaire Tom King, his alleged mistress and another single woman. Only a bank associate, J.F. Norsworthy, came out alive in what he claimed was a freak accident during a midnight swim. Speculation as to what really happened has continued for 115 years.
Noted trance medium Dwanna Paul will conduct the tour, which includes visits to East Mount Cemetery and a Victorian home connected to the drowning. The evening concludes with a séance at the Blue Armadillo Winery (once the site of King's own bank). The event will begin at dusk (approximately 6 p.m.) and will last two hours, including the séance. Guests will board a chartered bus in the 2700 block of Lee Street in downtown Greenville for these destinations. The ticket price of $35 will also include one glass of wine prior to the séance. A camera crew will record the event.
According to Greenville Chamber Tourism Director Milton Babb, King had made a fortune in ranching, which he invested in opening his own bank and in building the elaborate and successful King Opera House.
Dwanna Paul has been featured on television's A Current Affair, Sightings, Weird Travels and Haunted Lives as a medium who receives messages from beyond the grave that help families and communities resolve the past while preparing for a brighter future.  Case studies and séances led by Paul have taken place in Waxahachie, Jefferson, Bluffton, SC and Savannah, GA.
The official ghost host hotel is the Best Western Plus Monica Royale, with special rates offered tour participants.
"We also have a couple of people who may be interested in putting together regular ghost tours in Greenville, based on the interest this whole thing has stirred up," said Greenville Chamber Tourism Director Milton Babb.
